It's Official - Happy Birthday :)

Happy Birthday :D

I was born as a Catholic and I thank my parents for raising me up knowing the works of God.  I went to a Catholic school since my very first step in education level. Before when 6PM came, no more playing outside the house, we, as a family would pray the rosary and the psalms. We will attend mass every Sundays and special occasions. We gave offerings, prayers and even visited a lot of Churches around the country.

I would say, last 2011 my year started so right. Every blessing came pouring in one after the other and I’m just so thankful that I have a lot of options to choose. It was laid down on me I just have to pick the best from all of them. I knew what I wanted, but I guess it was not for me. That’s why even though how hard I try my best to pick that option, something is telling me not to pick it up.

Then, it was last year February 6. Let’s just say I’m good at dates I always keep track on special and ordinary days of my life. What happened last Feb 6? I, on my own attended a mass at Victory Group in Alabang. It was my first time to attend a mass on my own; honestly speaking, I never attend mass if I’m alone for me its better not to go. I didn’t even know why I attended it. All I know is I needed to talk to HIM. I needed HIM so badly that He needs to choose for me not what I want but what HE wants for me.

I was there, all the worship, the preaching and the prayers. I even had goose bumps, I cried and I know for the fact that I am at the right place. I was so overwhelmed that day that all I can think about is there is something missing in my life and I guess it was HIM. All the time, He wanted me to come and it was the perfect timing for me. In my 2011, I found every reason why He let me stay and not chose the big opportunity the world offered me. I know for the fact that I need to be close to HIM again. I need to make Him my priority again and that I am at the right path. He did still bless me with lots of graces, happiness and opportunities. It was a bountiful year for me.

Saturday night, while reading a book “When God writes your love story” I realized I still haven’t let HIM in all the way to my life. I did renew my life but not all of it. There are parts of my life that I still control and somehow know the right thing to do is surrender. Yes, to give up, to give everything on God’s perfect hands. He’ll be the Captain of my ship and every cabin of my life He can visit it and instruct me as a sailor to do what He wants. It’s all on HIM.

January 29, 2011. This is it. I made a new relationship with Christ. It’s all on God’s ways and will with the help of Jesus. I thank my friends for showing me the right way. I also thank the pastors who encouraged me, also for Pastor Sonny for praying for my salvation. All I have to do now is accept whatever He has to offer me; for I know in my heart it’ll be for my own good. Step by step I have to learn again. I feel like I was in kindergarten again. I need to re-arrange my life, closer to Him and always for Him.

Happy birthday to me and to my friend Jamie. I am just so happy; I didn’t even know that an ordinary day can be so special.

UST on its 400 years closing pyromusical

TOMASINO AKO!

I am definitely a proud Thomasian! What can I ask for? I had the best University, graduated at the best University take note with honors and yes I am proud of it!

We are now on our 401 year and still counting. I am a big fan of FIREWORKS! I would love to have celebration on my special events with fireworks display. I was present when we had our celebration of the opening of 400 years. Sad to say, I failed to attend the closing pyromusical, BONGGA as in “Pyromusical” is the event and good thing they posted the videos already and I am just so happy seeing it. Grabe! Iba talaga ang UST pag dating sa mga fireworks, no offense pero we've been doing this every year even in our PASKUHAN and we never fail to impress everyone even people from other Universities would drop by to watch it. Guys admit it, I'm not being boastful. Pinaghahandaan lang talaga ng mga organizers naming for it to be perfect and yes it is indescribable. People must have been in awe when they watched it live and after the event they might have stiff necks already. hahahaha...But seriously, GALING!

For the others who didn't see the actual pyromusical I have to post it here. Let's all be proud THOMASIANS! Enjoy! :D

cHiQuEi = cHeQuE

This week has been a work mode week for me. I need to accomplish a lot of things...being the chairman of BIGKIS I have a lot to follow up, to ask, to confirm, to suggest...etc. I'm on PM shift at work and yet I have to go 2 hours early to finish some things for the committee. Define busy person- I'm being one of them now. I guess this would be my life now for the past few months or for the whole year...

I found out I have a lot of tasks to do...in demand I guess for a lot will be looking for me. I have to know almost everyone especially when I need something from them or the other way around. A lot of signing and releasing to do and speaking of checks they can actually interchange my name from CHIQUEI to CHEQUE... Hahaha makes sense right? :D

Something new I guess...but something I need to get used too. Well this week will be over and I need to recharge myself. I was already thinking for a vacation mode but then my schedule won't allow me too. :( Besides I still need to save some of my vacation leave for my June travel with my family. I guess no travel for me in the upcoming months and I need to smooth things up first for the outing.

Luckily I found this Anti-Stress KIT hahahah...

But seriously, we ought to find what's our stress relievers. For me, a good music, good food, good laugh with friends, a movie, a place to TRAVEL and SWEETS! Have a nice weekend everyone!

Are you HEALTHY?

I read this article about what does our features tells about our health.

We ought to know!
Now do you have good looks and good health too?

It's always nice to visit our DOCTOR for physical health knowledge but there's only ONE DOCTOR for who can heal both our body and our spirit.

Fear not for the Bible answers our fear about diseases.

"This is what the Lord says,: 'Your wound is incurable, your injury is beyond healing. There is no one to plead your cause, no remedy for your sore, no healing for you.  All your allies have forgotten you; they care nothing for you. ... But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds...'"   Jeremiah 30:12-14, 17

I remember the TV series Dr. House which my sister Jane and I always watched and good thing she's around while I'm watching so she could explain to me the medical terms used.

Also, not to forget my Australian doctor crush --- Dr. Robert Chase!

Dragon in the YEAR of the DRAGON

Happy post Chinese New Year to everyone! This week was a busy week that's why I wasn't able to do some posts for the week. Since it's my day off, I have enough time to make posts...take note as in posts...I have this ideas all over the week and I was always tired to post them so its just stuck on my draft page using my I-touch. Thanks to apple. Very convenient!

Well way back I'm into horoscopes, fortune telling, and zodiac compatibility but then...I have to let go of them. I have my faith and I guess that's all I needed. Just so I know how my DRAGON would relate to me for this year I searched about it. Yes, I am a DRAGON born 1988. As they say “CURIOSITY KILLS” and here’s what I found out.

LIBRAN DRAGON

The Libran Dragon is a chic creature, quite cultured and cultivated. Charm is this Dragon's greatest asset and is a magnetic force that causes people to flock to him. The Libran Dragon fair person and is a champion of the people. Your insight and hard work will start to pay off. What you have learned from experience will pave the way to your success. The tables are turning, and you will finally get your chance to explore the benefits of being the flavour of choice. Prepare to pursue those long-awaited changes with fervour. Fear of failure is the enemy; bravery is your friend.

Personality
Occupying the 5th position in the Chinese Zodiac, the Dragon is the mightiest of the signs. Dragons symbolize such character traits as dominance and ambition. Dragons prefer to live by their own rules and if left on their own, are usually successful. They’re driven, unafraid of challenges, and willing to take risks. They’re passionate in all they do and they do things in grand fashion. Unfortunately, this passion and enthusiasm can leave Dragons feeling exhausted and interestingly, unfulfilled. People born in the Year of the Dragon usually make it to the top.  But, they must be aware of that too much enthusiasm can leave them tired and unfulfilled.

---Usually successful! I love it. I guess I can see myself in here even in my situation now but probably taking risks in not all aspects.

Health
Considering their hard-working nature, Dragons are healthy overall. They do get stressed and suffer from periodic tension/headaches, likely because they take so many risks. Dragons could benefit from incorporating mild activity into their lives. Yoga or walking would be good as these activities can work both their minds and their bodies.
---Now I see that’s why I’m prone to migraine! I need to work my mind!

Career
Dragons prefer leading to being led. Jobs that allow them to express their creativity are good choices. Some good careers include: inventor, manager, computer analyst, lawyer, engineer, architect, broker, and sales person.
---No comment. ahahahaha

Relationships
Dragons will give into love, but won’t give up their independence. Because they have quick, sometimes vengeful tempers, their partners need to be tough-skinned. Dragons enjoy others who are intriguing, and when they find the right partners, they’ll usually commit to that person for life.
---See…I just need to find the RIGHT partner then I’ll commit to him for life. I guess I also love being independent in some ways but not always.

Compatibility
Dragons are compatible with the Monkey or Rat and incompatible with the Ox and Goat.
---Ahem…anyone???

The Dragon is not the most domesticated of the Animal signs.  So, people born in the Year of the Dragon prefer enjoying outdoor activities rather than staying at home They are extroverts who have a deep love for nature. Their homes should be as large and majestic as their personalities, providing space for the fiery temperament or emotional eruptions that accompany their character. They have true and sincere love, which comes from the depths of their hearts.
---Now I understand why I always want to travel and explore! And the house…BONGGA!

People born in the Year of the Dragon like to spend money and are charitable themselves as well as with others.  Many Dragon people will take big chances with their finances.  It is very rare that they remain poor for long.  They will always be straightforward in financial dealings and can always be trusted.
----Ah…GUILTY!!! Spending too much, but not just for me for my loved ones as well.

Well, it seems nice to know some of these traits actually relate to me and I therefore conclude I was born in the right year! *wink* However, we should not based our future with horoscopes, fortune telling, etc. We can decide what we want to happen for this year. We need to actually work for it rather than believe in what the horoscope tells us and do nothing about it. Anyone can be successful, can find happiness and can thrive as long as we work on it! Lucky are those who got rich in an instant like winning in LOTTO but life is definitely not like that. We need guidance, support, challenges, and sometimes even failures to find success and happiness. For me, I believe that as long as I put my faith and trust to the BIG BOSS up there. He will definitely guide me on the right path. The road He wants me to take. All my TRUST is on HIM.

I would love to leave this message for everyone.

May we all have a successful and fruitful Year of the Dragon 2012. :)

Great Power comes Great Responsibility

Finally it has sink into me that I now have a bigger responsibility.

It took a couple of days before I realize that this is it…this is REAL. I am the Chairwoman of BIGKIS committee. At first, it comes as a surprise, a threat, a pressure. But in the end I realize it’s an opportunity, a way of growth to enhance my leadership skills, and a new venture.

I’d be honest I am a big fan of big responsibilities, but that was way back my school days. Now working in a big company, in an industry with lots of people who has more experienced than what I have and to know that there are more seniors than I am…seriously speaking…ITS SCARY!

On the day of the election, I was on my way to work and I was praying so hard that as much as possible they would not vote me into a high position. I would love to be part of the committee but just a plain member would do. I am indeed playing safe about having too much responsibility. Then I also add to my prayer in any case I would be in that position which I am now, I will accept it and know that there’s a purpose behind why God would put me in a position though I’m scared I can’t do it, He trusts me.

Then election came, and yes I was voted as Chairwoman; still is a surprise for me. I don’t even know all the responsibilities, and then I realize God is speaking to me. He knows that I am on a routinely schedule of going to work, going home, and then have some free time. He might have thought that I am no longer using the gifts He entrusted me with and that I am being stagnant. I didn’t even thought for a second that God wants me to grow in this company. He wanted me to do something for myself and for my colleagues. I still believe there are lots of people, way better for this position and I am thankful to have a team, a new group, a new family and a new set of friends from different departments.

A friend told me that I should also trust myself for GOD trusts me that I can do it. He’s right. It does remind me of the movie Spiderman. “With Great Power comes Great Responsibility.” It seems as though I am the super hero like Peter Parker. Hindi ba pwedeng ako yung leading lady na si Mary Jane Watson? Well as super hero bawal ang ka-love team. Hindi makakapagconcentrate sa work. That's why I kissed dating goodbye.

I am still humble whenever people from work would address me as Chairwoman sometimes mislead to as Chairman (Anu ba? Babae ako hahaha). I am still shy especially if my bosses would call me as that. I am not used to it and I would not want to be address as that. Still I know for the fact I am a front office agent, I am one of the members of the hotel, simple as that.

I am a leader yes but I also know that a good leader is also a good follower. I hope to do my best in this position and with the time of term I received I will enjoy it and hopefully I will be able to do my duties and responsibilities with the help of the whole committee, the hotel, and the support and guidance of my seniors. This is it…this is really is it…as in UNKABOGABLE na ‘to…

...What I've done in a week...

An accomplishment for the week!

I am very much happy for the week hasn’t ended yet but I’ve accomplished a lot. Last week I started my Seven days Prayer and Fasting. What things I fast for? - Social network sites and rice. Easy; but for me it’s easier said than done and believe me temptations do arise. I also finished reading a book – “I Kissed Dating Goodbye”. For me to finish an entire book would take months or years even the thinnest type of book. Even if I’m interested, once I stopped I usually don’t get back to reading that easy. This book changed my views, it sure does…that’s why I’m so linked to it that in two weeks I’m done reading it. For some bookworms they can probably finish the book in one seating. ;)

Let’s talk more about the two things I accomplished…

PRAY. SEEK. BELIEVE.

I have to be thankful for my colleagues who are Christian who somehow involved me in this activity. This is new to me and I am so much excited to do it.

So WHY FAST? Seven days is not a big deal I guess, remember Christ fast for food and drinks for 40 days.  This is our way to humble ourselves to God and to consecrate to Him the New Year. Fasting too helps us to become sensitive to the Holy Spirit letting it into our lives it also reduces the power of self so that the Holy Spirit can do a more intense work within us. Fasting brings revival. It helps us prevail in prayer and intercession. Lastly, fasting is healthy; it cleanses your digestive system from toxins.

How to PREPARE TO FAST?

Be in FAITH. Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance. Be specific about your faith goals and expect God to answer. – For me there are simple things I asked and I let the will of God take its place.

Commit to a type of FAST. Pray about the kind of fast you will undertake and commit to it. Do not decide on a day-to-day basis. Commit before the fast and be determined. Ask God for grace. – I fast for rice, and social network site.

Plan your Calendar. You need to conserve physical energy and devote more time to prayer and reading the Bible. – Every day I read my “Our Daily Journal” and scriptures from the Bible.

Prepare Spiritually. Repentance is the foundation of prayer and fasting. Be ready to repent and change, and be transformed. Surrender everything to Him. Be completely open. – For this, I always seek for the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Prepare Physically. The key is to gradually prepare your body. – I guess eating without rice is not new to me but it’s relieving to do it again.

DURING THE FAST. Seek the Lord. Commit to Change. Have some practical tips like limit physical activities, maintain an attitude of prayer, drink plenty of water and rest as much as you can.

What happens after BREAKING THE FAST? Reintroduced solid foods gradually, continue to pray and be expectant.

CONCLUSION. For me, this fasting and praying led me closer – much closer to God. It seems my day is not complete without scanning to my daily scriptures or reading a verse for the day. With the guidance of the Holy Spirit it leads me to become a more obedient person. I have to admit temptation is always around but I have to consider my faith, I pray and I believe.

As I said in the beginning of this post I also finished reading the book I Kissed Dating Goodbye by Joshua Harris. It enlightens me too. I recommend this book to almost everyone, in a relationship, in a dating status and most preferably for SINGLES like me. I said to my friends that it seems that every chapter has a hit on me as if I experienced the same, or I was looking for that answer and I was in that present situation. It actually talks to me. As if all the things I wanted to ask someone, the answer is there and mind you it doesn’t seem like the author is the one speaking but God, Himself. I’ll try to make a review on that on my future posts which I will relate to Single people like me. For now, grab a book. We ought to know.

The next book I will start to read is shared by friend Carla. - When God Writes Your Love Story by Eric and Leslie Ludy. Then to follow by the second book of Joshua Harris - Boy meets Girl - Say Hello to Courtship

UBBBBE

Ultimate Bonding BBB Experience

Big Better Burgers
GF - Studio 1

It's a treat-treat for all of us, friendly date get together for Me, Emma, Darwin and Francis. Good thing outside our workplace is lots of fast-food chains. :) And just around the corner where Studio 1 Condo units is located there's a small restaurant named BBB. We had our midnight snack bonding, chit-chats and non-stop laugh jokes at each other. Unfortunately guys are not that fair when it comes to treat. I treated Francis while Emma treated Darwin. Although they also treat us for some wedges it's still not fair...We're absolutely waiting for them to be regular so that I could ask for a treat for them anytime too. hahahahah :D

They served premium yet affordable burgers, rice meals and fries / wedges. They also provide deliveries within the area and they served food grilled and upon order. So trust that it would be fresh. :)

When could possibly be our next UBE? :)

All things are POSSIBLE

Good morning RAINY SUNDAY...

Every time it rains I always sing the song of The Carpenters "Rainy days and Mondays". Though today is not Monday instead Sunday I still sang. :)

Today since I am on PM shift from last night I arrived at our house around 12:20AM today. Then I continued reading the book, "I kissed dating goodbye". Then early morning today as I woke up I read Our Daily Journal and Job's story. It was really nice for I read with my Mom and I would like to share it with you guys too.

Luke 18:18-30 Speaks about how a rich young ruler was unwilling to sell his possessions in order to follow Jesus (v. 22). It seems like an impossible sacrifice, like a camel walking through the eye of a needle (v.25). But with God sometimes we think it is IMPOSSIBLE but with God, All things are POSSIBLE.

Why did I relate the song from the scripture of the day. Come to think about it, sometimes when we face struggle we think where all alone and that it's a hard thing to survive, that we want to just QUIT. I've had some of these feelings but then I realized just like what the song says. - "Nice to know somebody loves me" and whatever I think is IMPOSSIBLE for me to do, I surrender it all to God. For Him, everything is POSSIBLE.

Talkin' to myself and feelin' old

Sometimes I'd like to quit

Nothing ever seems to fit

Hangin' around

Nothing to do but frown

Rainy Days and Mondays always get me down.

What I've got they used to call the blues

Nothin' is really wrong

Feelin' like I don't belong

Walkin' around

Some kind of lonely clown

Rainy Days and Mondays always get me down.

Funny but it seems I always wind up here with you

Nice to know somebody loves me

Funny but it seems that it's the only thing to do

Run and find the one who loves me.

What I feel has come and gone before

No need to talk it out

We know what it's all about

Hangin' around

Nothing to do but frown

Rainy Days and Mondays always get me down.

Just a thought: What is God asking you to lay down that seems impossible to surrender?

All of us are in the same situation as the young rich ruler was. While our issues may be different, we all have cling to that, with God's help, we can lay down in order to follow Jesus and become all He intends us to be. It can be costly to follow Jesus, but it's so worth the cost! (vv. 29-30). - Jeff Olson

gurls on a DATE NIGHT

Orientation for two days happened yesterday and today (Jan 4-5). For Front office department attendees were Me, Jershey and Karissa.

I have to admit I was like 3x crazier during our orientation. I was so noisy, naughty and so full of comments! hahaha..Which I think is a good way too since orientation wasn't that boring at all. Orientation was fun, coz we get to know some of the new employees much better and they found out who the real us are. :)

After the first day of orientation, we had a Competitor's check. crazy as it may sound but we were so curious about Acacia, so we pretended we wanted to have an ocular of the rooms and the restaurant. Funny thing is our previous bellman was now working at Acacia and he saw us. hahahah :P But I think the one who made our ocular didn't notice that we were from Bellevue. After a few minutes in Acacia it's time for our date with our Ninong / Daddy :) We were treated at Army Navy plus Frutty Froyo and we were so full.

During the orientation we ate pastries as breakfast, then rice and chicken for lunch, then spaghetti for snack, then for dinner, burger, fries and yogurt! Too much for a day! :)

Second day of orientation was still fun and crazy though sometimes serious since we talked about policies and procedures of the hotel. After that, three of us went to a movie date. we watched my House Husband which I think is nice...ok and so so...but it was more okay knowing Eugene Domingo was there to give laugh on all of us. :)

All in all...it was a fun and creative orientation for us plus Girl Bonding!

oLd FrIeNdS

Reunited and it feels so0oooo good ***singing***

Reunions - get together...what more can you ask for if there's this group of friends you've always wanted to spend time with, to chill, talk about almost anything and everything that has happened to each and every one...even talk about some people or just simply see them. But because of our busy schedules we just CAN'T.

They said people will develop friendship within 3-4 years and after that we are to meet different people and make friends with them so we found new friends. What will happen to our old friends? Some we might still have contacts with and some we don't. But I'm just so glad and blessed that I have a big group of friends that we tried as much as possible to reunite.

Some pictures of my lovely friends...from High School, College, and Work. :)

This people inspired me so much and have become a big part of what I am today. :) We now have another year to reunite! See you guys soon. :)

Work during HOLIDAYS

Here are some pics that we have ending our 2011 year and starting our 2012.

It's Christmas Season...the longest holiday season in the Philippines. I guess, we, Filipinos celebrate it once the BER months start. It's mostly a 4 month celebration. That's why it's only SUMMER and XMAS Season in the the Philippines.

It's the most wonderful time of the year.(singing) People will have their vacations, get together, exchanging of gifts, dinner here and there. Out of town, reunions...name it...it is definitely the MOST WONDERFUL TIME of the YEAR. But once your on a service-oriented industry there's no such thing as HOLIDAYS. True enough...As much as we wanted to have our leaves, our day-offs on those special occasions - WE CAN'T. So we have our own ways of celebrating holiday season, it's working and serving the people who's on a holiday!!!

Start and End of shift photos...see the difference?

not that busy yet

Ms. Manie's Bday Treat!

I can definitely say - I love my TBM Family. I love my FO Family. I love our guests even though sometimes...we want to give up...or even just shout...we still have to SMILE, be PATIENT and be COURTEOUS all the TIME!

the BEST of my 2011

Let's go back to what happened to me this 2011...

Every NEW YEAR'S EVE, my sisters and I make predictions in writing about what we want to happen for the upcoming year. These are photo response mostly to my predictions for 2011...this is what really happened to me.

J-A-N-U-A-R-Y

New Year was so0oo much inspired and kilig TO THE MAX!!! hahahah I think my closed friends knows why. Also two of my sisters are with us so we had a big family celebration for the New Year 2011. But of course we also need to say goodbye to them for they're only here for a vacation. We had our family gathering and special trips with cousins sa super lamig na TAGAYTAY! Even though I had to work during the holidays I make it to a point that I’m on morning schedule so that I could at least go out still with my family.

Even though Ate Yah is not with us SKYPE has been very useful
I also had my meet ups with my college friends “GEANCHEA” for birthdays and celebrated the 400 years of UST!!! Yes, SUPER PROUD THOMASIAN ata 'to :) Nakita ko pa dun long time crush ko (isa sa madami kong crush haha) - What a coincidence?! Then my girlfriends at work Jen, Aira, Carla and Jersh had our first dinner together at KANIN CLUB – Westgate together with Chris, Bossing and Francis. Guys kahit magkakatrabaho kami nyan para kaming mga walang social life sa sobrang busy

Most of all this month is where I got my trials of decision making specially when you're given two great opportunities that you had to choose only one. It may not be the best but it's the right choice. And all those doubts and questions had made me see the answer.

I became much eager to get close to God. I have to agree I have fought with Him by questioning Him with all these opportunities and hard decisions to make but in the end He made me see I had a right choice.

I'm also thankful for this one person who I met in a very strange opportunity; he's definitely like a fallen angel (maputi pa siya) hahaha! He made me believe that I need to have faith. He's someone I called "the one", "the perfect one", "THE ONE WHO GOT AWAY". And now he's much very much HAPPY and I'll always be happy too...even happier for him. :D

Love month as what they say…by this month I’m happy. Not because I have a love life, no I definitely don’t have one. I’m happy coz I’m getting to know HIM much better and It makes me much happier. I guess I’m in love with life.

We also had our family get together since he’s my cousin and nephew – confusing? his mom is my cousin from my Father’s side and his dad is my Uncle from my Mother’s side. Very much related.

Then we also had the yearly fiesta at Carmona event and some pictures with our guests.

I started this month with a bonding moment with Jershey and Mommy Van. We went to have a spa at Wensha then coffee time at Global City. This is also the month of my Mom celebrating her 58th birthday. I had my vacation to BORACAY with GEANCHEA which was so FUN! Lastly, with all the graces I received I have to give it back to. I donated some goods and clothes to a foundation in Alabang. It’s me and my sister who thought of it, just a simple act of THANKS.

MY BIRTHDAY MONTH!!!

Most of time is spent with my family since my sister JANEY is in town.  We had movie dates, food trips, groceries, shopping, etc. Some movie dates with my colleagues and bonding cousins’ moment.

And since this is my birth month, this month is also for me. I had my pre-birthday celebration at Talisay, Batangas where we took the TAGAYTAY Trekking trip. We also had an overnight stay at the Club Balai Isabel.  Then we went for a dinner on my Birthday at Solenad 2 in Nuvali. There’s a remarkable event that happened in the hotel on my birthday too…but wouldn’t elaborate on that too much of a secret. my family and I watched the yearly anniversary of Enchanted Kingdom and though I wasn't able to enjoy all the rides I truly enjoyed the fireworks.

Food trip and reunions continues this month. My sister Jane left this month but my eldest sister Mia came. We had food trips, movie dates, etc. Christmas Lighting at the hotel was made this month as well. Lastly, my GEANCHEA friends were once again reunited last 11-11-11. We were supposed to watch the lantern lighting at Bancheto which was cancelled, so we had fun instead at EASTWOOD.

This is it - Final month of my year. This month I have my ups and down. I got sick this month too maybe because of the weather and the guy on my January photo got married this month. Yes it was a sudden event but it was TRUE LOVE! And I adore him for that. I can truly say he’s one of the most decent and faithful guy I know…but enough of that I would like to explore more on the ups of my December month.

This is the month I re-organized my blog site.  I started doing my blog last April but I guess I wasn't really into it at first so it's this month I finally fixed and named it. - clickthecliquei.blogspot.com

We had our Xmas parties…Bellevue Christmas Party and FO dept. Christmas party too. It was a great celebration. Despite the busy schedule that we had at work, my colleagues and I still find time to bond and even enjoyed the 1st birthday of Anysia. We also had donations for the Typhoon Sendong victims and I’m really happy that almost everyone cooperated.

I have lots of treats mostly to my parents; they were pretty much spoiled to me this month. Groceries – Shopping – Movie trips – Dinner dates – all on me. Now I’m getting poorer and poorer. Hahaha But it’s all for them ‘tis the SEASON to give and share love.

Shopping and Groceries part 2

Christmas was spent at the hotel with my cousins and New Year is at our own abode and even though my sisters were away for the season SKYPE made us closer. I was even happy to cook again. As per my Dad, I did make a great pasta and cake. GLAD TO KNOW!

So there goes my 2011. I would like to give THANKS to the BIG BOSS ABOVE! He has given me so much and I am very much happy about it. I may not have all the time to thank HIM and talk to HIM but I will this year 2012.

I would also like to thank all the people who made my 2011 truly a BLAST! My families, friends, guests, loved ones. See you all again this 2012!

Everything happens for a reason and I trust the LORD for whatever things or events I encountered for 2011 and looking up for a more wonderful and prosperous 2012.
