Finally our guests from a cancelled airline flight has all depart on their journeys. After staying at the hotel for 2-3 days...wow, that was something...We have been prepared when it comes to layover passengers coming in and out of the hotel but this one is totally different. Preparation early in the morning began and lasted for 3 days...Yes! Today was their last day staying at the hotel though they were much lesser than when they came here; still it's too much of a hassle and stressful work. Nevertheless always a good problem. :)
What do you usually do when you had a cancelled flight...not just delayed but a cancelled flight! urgfghhhh,,,,.hated when that happens...it pisses me off when flight is delayed what more when it is cancelled. I understand the frustration of our guests who come up to the front desk and ask whether there's been a message or a feedback regarding their flight. Unfortunately I work in the hotel to cater to them not anymore in the airlines like during my OJT days where I used to work in China Airlines and yes I experienced a cancelled flight. It was really hard assisting this guests - running from the 4F of the office back to the gate...wow my feet just surrendered.
I also feel the frustration of the airline attendants and the travel agents for I knew they wish they could answer all their requests and book them all at once but they just can't and it's a tough job. They listen to every people's complain, was misunderstood, hear them shout at them, blame them and all...Good thing all is well now. Finally!
Lucky for me,,,I saw this one layover passenger that couldn't just be left unnoticed...hahaha :D Not my type..he's the typical - simple - smart looking guy. I know I'm in the tall, white, handsome, looks but when a guy looks smart for me he's totally a 10 in my score...Best thing about him was he's a Christian! That just made him 90%...Well he made my stressful days with the layover passengers kind of a light work mode every time I saw him...super kilig talaga! :D Hoping we could meet again..pwede bang ma-cancel ulit flight nila??? hahah just kidding! :)
All is well that ends well...More good problem to come... :)
