TORRES!
He is Next to my Beckham crush...Fernando Torres.
It started one morning I was on my way to school during college days and since it's so early I decided to watch a football game on a sports channel. He is such a good player. A remarkable goal that he did that made me admire him. He is definitely a great football player. Another reason why I love the sports though I'm not good at it. :P Then came my Younghusband crush James..hahahah...Don't worry guys not Phil wala akong balak maging hater ni Angel. :)
Anyway, lately the coach from Chelsea who helped the Younghusband football academy train their students stayed with us at the hotel and yes...para-paraan talaga yan eh. I befriended one of their coach, Mr. Mario Eala. I can say they really are kind, even Mr. Dave Stewart who's now back in Hong Kong. :)
Next time me and James should have a picture too... ;)

Balanced, Successful Life!
Here is one song I can totally relate too...
I have a lot of wants but to be honest...
I don't know yet what I really want. So here it goes...
Just as what the song says:
"I'm alone on my own and that's all I know
I'll be strong, I'll be wrong
Oh but life goes on
I'll be strong, I'll be wrong
Oh but life goes on
Oh I'm just a girl, trying to find a place in this world."

Kind of excited on those upcoming future dates but no rush now...

So where did we go??? We finally ate at Gloria Maris at ATC. It was there even before and I haven't tried it out, luckily my Dad parked near the restaurant so we decided to try it out. It was good. I ordered fish fillet with soy sauce and garlic and my Dad ordered the sweet and sour pork plus the hot and sour soup and crab and corn soup. Since my Mom is a diabetic she usually don't eat a lot so it's mostly me and my Dad who do the ordering. :) The service took 15 mins which I think is just an average time and the food is actually great. I was trying to explore my taste buds to check if I can cook those food someday ahahha...the word there is someday...someday when I have my own family hahahah :)
So here are the photos and I hated it coz I look fat after eating all the food..hahahah :P
After our Lunch date we went back to Festival for some shopping again courtesy of yours truly hahahah...define bankrupt again...then Movie date. We watched BATTLESHIP where I met my new crush Alexander Skarsgard who's role is Capt. Stone Hopper the hot - tall - brainy brother of John Hopper (the bida) hahaha although he died in the movie...sayang...
Then no more time for dinner out after the movie besides the fact that I'm bankrupt again is that please I don't want to eat anymore...hahaha...have you seen my shoulder in the picture??? ewww...super big na niya! :( My sisters are really gonna laugh at me when we met in June and to see me growing horizontally and not vertically. hahahah...well it was another MY TREAT - THIRD WHEEL date for my parents... :)
My new found CRUSHIE :)
I have to add him on my long list of crushes...from artists, singers, athletes, boy-next-door, hotel guests and even just-bumped-into-him...hahahah
I watched Battleship with my parents today and it was a good movie. I know there will be a part II coz I stayd until the end of the credits, so for the others who haven't watched it stay until the end of the credits...but I don't really want to talk about the movie, what I wanted is to show the picture of my new crush. hahahah so arti arti talaga!!!. :P
So here he is...drum roll...TADAAAAA! Presenting Alexander Skarsgard, a Swedish actor who recently dated Kate Bosworth...parang lagi ko kaagaw si Kate first is with Orlando Bloom now him..hahaha...kaagaw talaga but they totally are over each other...I didn't even notice that it was him in the series TRUE BLOOD...but he's more hotter now. The 6'4 Swedish guy is really gwapo and what's more???he plays football..yes he does..even in the movie he's a goal keeper...more pogi points for him..hahaha OK! enough of this hallucination drama hahahah...he's on the list!!! THAT'S IT!

Anyway, this is not about me...this is for my friend MAICA who's getting married soon...and I am so happy for her!!! :) I have been an assistant wedding coordinator and somehow I have some ideas about wedding preps...here's a checklist for her who's getting married in less than 3 months. I hope this could be a help on her wedding preparation. :)
I found this site and probably could do some help for the others as well. I just did some revisions...hope this would help whether you're the one getting married or would love to help a friend who's getting married like me. :)

Love defined as...
I saw this in one of my wall posts in Facebook and I decided to share it with the others...:)
LOVE DEFINED BY
A 5 year old Girl - Love is when he takes my chocolate and comes back with its wrapper
A 10 year old Girl - Love is when we work for a project and he intentionally touch my hand trying to get a pen.
A 15 year old Girl - Love is when we get caught bunking and he takes the blame.
An 18 year old Girl - Love is when at farewell he hugs me saying "keep in touch"
A 21 year old Girl - Love is when he runs from college with me just for a week long trip together.
A 26 year old Girl - Love is when he proposes me with a rose and makes a fool of himself, and says "You know I love you."
A 35 year old woman - Love is when he cleans the house seeing me tired.
A 50 year old woman - Love is when he is ill and still cracks a joke just to make me laugh.
A 60 year old woman - Love is when he is taking his last breath and saying "I am glad as you know what love is"...and leaves me with a tear forever.
LOVE is a SUPREME FEELING.

Patiently Waiting...
I woke up today with my usual routine to check my mails...check my fb...my twitter...my blog account...to sum it all up...I woke up to check the INTERNET! What is wrong with me? Well I have been changing for the bad part. Before I woke up and read my Bible, read my daily scripture and now this??? THIS CAN'T BE!
When I opened my facebook account I saw this picture.
What was I actually praying for? What do I want? What do I need? What does makes me happy? and is it good for me? All I can think of was success in my career and personal life...Am I getting what I want and what I prayed for? To be honest I'm not sure about that. I know I am blessed for having a good career...probably a good future, some might actually want to be where I am now but I'm not sure if this is what I want.
I have been wanting to travel, to explore and see the world...to learn different cultures, talk with different people and have an INDEPENDENT life. There's just one job that I really really want and it's not to be a flight attendant, nor to be a hotelier...but a TRAVEL SHOW HOST! YES!!! Dream big hahahah...for me it is a simple dream...I need not to be on the best travel show local based or international. All I want is to do those things I've listed above. I'm gonna be happy! I'm gonna do good...no in fact I'm gonna do GREAT! HAPPY! and CONTENTED!
I still don't want to give up on that dream. I want to share to the people where I've been, what to do, what to eat, WHAT I EXPERIENCED!!! And yes...probably I'm still PATIENTLY WAITING. The sad part is, I'm not sure if God wants me on that direction. Did He close that door for me and open another one? Am I to be on the hotelier side? I'm not sure...and I don't really know.
For the past three years...God wanted me to stay. Every time there's an opportunity for me to travel or to work international, I know He offers me a good deal in order for me to stay in the hotel. There have been reasons that I've seen lately why He wanted me to not take those job offers and instead stay. But somehow...I'm still eyeing on that dream. IN TIME!!! I just need to PREPARE FOR WHAT I PRAYED FOR...to LOVE and have FAITH in GOD.
Have a blessed WEDNESDAY everyone!

Have you seen TITANIC 3D???
Well I did! :) And it NEVER fails me to make me cry and fall in love all over again. It was funny I watched it with my Mom who happens to be a BIG FAN too of Titanic! I was reciting the lines and it matches still...sabi nga nila "Walang Kupas" hahahah :)
Who wouldn't love how Jack and Rose fall in love and the story behind the Titanic on how it sank. Every time the song of Celine Dion starts to play my heart was pounding and it was so remarkable. Every moment counts, my Mom couldn't afford to go to the bathroom for she didn't want to miss any part of the movie same as I.
Here are some facts about the movie Titanic...
1. James Cameron, the director was the artist behind Jack Dawson's drawing. He was actually left-handed and he used the reflection of his hand to appear like Di Carpio was the one drawing it. :)
2. Most of the shots of Titanic at the sea aren't real, but the real scenes were shot at Baja, Mexico that is why most of the extras were Mexicans.
3. The movie costs $200 million to make which sending the people to the moon less expensive.
4. The dolphins swimming beside the ship were real.
5. The drawing scene is the first scene that Kate and Leo did together. She flashed it all to Leo and said that they need to get used to it. :P
6. All the extras went through an etiquette class so they would know how people in 1912 talked, acted and moved.
7. When Jack said he line "sit over there on the bed, I mean on the couch" it wasn't in the script, Leo accidentally said that. Everyone loved it so much they kept in it.
Indeed I'd love to watch it all over again!! I'll never let go...I PROMISE! :)
After watching the movie my Parents and I grab dinner at Bon Chon ATC! :)

JAMBA JUICE in the SOUTH
Finally we have it in the South...yum yum yum...nom nom nom...:)
Jamba Juice is located at Alabang Town Center, as you can see there will be more new restaurants in the are and I'd love to explore them all. :D
My colleagues Jershey and Lester went to watch Mirror Mirror and decided to chill out at this new spot. Good place just to talk and chill.
Jamba Juice started with a blender as written in one of their big posters. They have fruit shakes, fruit juices, etc then add it up with some boosters and you're way to go. I ordered Mega Mango and the added booster would be Flex and Fiber then the cashier warned me that it's not the typical sweet kind of mango that e have here since their using Mexican Mango more on the sour type, well still I did try the Mega Mango and she told me if I wouldn't like it they'll be happy to replace it. GREAT SERVICE!!! :) Don't worry I liked it...I like my Mexican LOVE I mean my Mexican Mango hahahaha... :D
The first taste was quite different but the good thing is when you keep on drinking it, it tastes good...its way better and two thumbs up for that. :)
Definitely will go back again! more fruit shakes and boosters to try...

It's a normal day for me and my parents and we just decided to drove off to Tagaytay...not to party and all but still since it was a Holy Tuesday we went to visit some chapel / church in Tagaytay. I was born catholic and my parents are very much inclined with Catholic religion. To be fair I decided to go on a road trip with them.
I am still hoping and praying that one day they'll go with me to attend Christian services. Remember it's not in the religion, it's in the relationship that we have in Christ and in God.

Walkway : Reflections on the Station of the Cross
This has been my second year attending walkway reflections at Bonifacio high street and I always came here for two reasons...to reflect on holy week and to unite with my friends.
Last April 1, a get together happened for my very close college buddies, we had our time again and we went for a reflection too and of course the untold story of how the proposal happened...:)
Here are some pictures that we had...it was a very great night for all of us...for me, I know I reflected well. I asked for the forgiveness of my sins especially being envious...then I know I am okay now...I feel great after everything hat happened and I still believe that "Everything happens for a reason"
It's time to give up and surrender all our worries to God. Jesus saved us and we need not to experience his painful experience to be saved...we are already saved! Thanks to HIM!
Hope you all had a great week. Happy Easter!

Guardians of the SEA
I saw this picture at FB and couldn't help but notice how beautiful life is under the sea...
This is one of the greatest creatures we can see...I am a traveler and I'd love to meet them too, not just the destination, not just the people, not just to taste the food, but to see the CREATURES too...they are considered as WONDERS OF THE SEA. :)
Here's an article about the photo...
"Recent headline of the San Francisco Chronicle. Female humpback whale who had become entangled in a spiderweb of crab traps and line weighted down by hundreds of pounds of traps that caused her to struggle to stay afloat. She also had hundreds of yards of line rope wrapped around her body, tail, torso and a line tugging in her mouth.
A fisherman spotted her just east of the Farallon Islands and radioed an environmental group for help. Within a few hours, the rescue team arrived and determined that she was so bad off, the only way to save her was to dive in and untangle her. They worked for hours and eventually freed her.
When she was free, the divers say she swam in what seemed like joyous circles. She then came back to each and every diver, one at a time, and nudged them, pushed them gently around as she was thanking them.
Some said it was the most incredibly beautiful experience of their lives. The guy who cut the rope out of her mouth said her eyes were following him the whole time, and he will never be the same.
May you, and all those you love, be so blesses and fortunate to be surrounded by people who will help you get untangled from the things that are binding you. And, may you always know the joy of giving and receiving gratitude."

This season and not just this season...may we always remember how HE took our place. Let's be thankful to Jesus and allow the joy of giving be experienced by others as well. Let's all be thankful and appreciate what and who we have. Advance Happy Easter to everyone. :)
Temporary Home
I heard this song last night and it kept ringing in my head. The story in the song and even the message itself is very inspiring. :)
Let's believe life on earth is our temporary home...our lives today will take us to our REAL HOME...we'll have our real home SOMEDAY...They said it's near, I'm not sure what to feel...FRIGHTENED...HAPPY...but all I know is somehow I'm excited. In this temporary home me and my family are always apart. my siblings are on different part of the world and as much as we all wanted to meet up we just can't. TIME - GEOGRAPHY - WORK stops us. :(
In our real home it makes me feel excited for I know there will be no more boundaries in all of us. :)
Temporary Home
Little Boy, 6 Years Old
A Little Too Used To Bein' Alone.
Another New Mom And Dad,another School,
Another House That'll Never Be Home.
When People Ask Him How He Likes This Place...
He Looks Up And Says, With A Smile Upon His Face,
"This Is My Temporary Home
It's Not Where I Belong.
Windows And Rooms That I'm Passin' Through.
This Is Just A Stop, On The Way To Where I'm Going.
I'm Not Afraid Because I Know This Is My
Temporary Home."
Young Mom On Her Own.
She Needs A Little Help, Got Nowhere To Go.
She's Lookin' For A Job, Lookin' For A Way Out,
Because A Half-way House Will Never Be A Home.
At Night She Whispers To Her Baby Girl,
"Someday We'll Find Our Place Here In This World."
"This Is Our Temporary Home.
It's Not Where We Belong.
Windows And Rooms That We're Passin' Through.
This Is Just A Stop, On The Way To Where We're Going.
I'm Not Afraid Because I Know This Is Our
Temporary Home."
Old Man, Hospital Bed,
The Room Is Filled With People He Loves.
And He Whispers Don't Cry For Me,
I'll See You All Someday.
He Looks Up And Says, "I Can See God's Face."
"This Is My Temporary Home
It's Not Where I Belong.
Windows And Rooms That I'm Passin' Through.
This Was Just A Stop,on The Way To Where I'm Going.
I'm Not Afraid Because I Know... This Was
My Temporary Home."
This Is Our Temporary Home.
